  1. The primers and probes were designed to measure the expression levels of the four α-gliadin major T-cell stimulatory epitopes in their canonical form and the expression levels of reference genes. Each TaqMan probe was labeled with the fluorogenic dye FAM (fluorescein) at its 5′ end and with the quencher TAMRA (tetramethylrhodamine) at its 3′ end
